Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at Contact@ustabazar.com or WhatsApp +92 301 2604301 with your order number and reason. We will guide you through the next steps.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange where stock allows.
