Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to addresses all across Pakistan.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs 200 applies per order, shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details with you via SMS/WhatsApp on your provided phone number. You can also track it on our Order Tracking page.

5. Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
